Independent Consultant
Kim Carpenter Drake is an Independent Consultant. She was previously the vice president at Center for Nonprofit Management and worked with CNM as a consultant and educator. Kim has more than 25 years of experience working with nonprofit fundraising, branding and capacity building. During her career, Kim has focused on the development of new initiatives for organizations such as the Nashville Ballet, Nashville Zoo and The Nature Conservancy. Since beginning her tenure with CNM, Kim has expanded her work to agencies in the areas of health care, conservation, resource management, literacy, advocacy and family services. She focuses her efforts on the identification and strategic alignment of programs to increase community support and improve organizational outcomes through her consulting, workshops, group facilitation and as a speaker for conferences across the state and the region.
