The Leadership Luncheon is YLC’s annual fundraising event and serves a time to celebrate the many accomplishments of this great organization. This year, YLC was proud to celebrate 40 years of service to the community and was excited to welcome Matt Cahill, president of Parking Management Company, as our keynote speaker. Matt had built a career that was as inspiring as it was unconventional – starting as a valet in 1992 and eventually leading a nationwide powerhouse operating in 44 states and 250+ cities. A U.S. military veteran and German linguist turned industry trailblazer, Matt transformed PMC with visionary leadership, bold growth strategies, and a people-first approach.
