Young Leaders Council is excited to launch its new “Board Connect” matching platform designed to connect highly-trained individuals with opportunities to invest their time and talents to strengthen the Middle Tennessee nonprofit community.

Board Connect uses advanced matching technology to analyze profile information provided by individuals and nonprofit organizations and connects both parties seamlessly with opportunities that align with their unique interests and needs. Users can also explore a directory of opportunities and profiles for easy filtering and review.

Program Participants

At this time, program participants and recent graduates from the 2024 and 2025 cohorts currently have access to Board Connect. The platform offers access to available board internship, governing or advisory board, and volunteer opportunities posted by local nonprofit organizations.
