Liz Allen Fey is Founder and former CEO of Strategy and Leadership, LLC, located in Nashville, Tennessee. Her work with corporations, organizations and communities builds on her 20 years of being a manager and leader as well as her 25 years of consulting and coaching work in music and arts, non-profits, associations, health care, construction, hospitality, finance, manufacturing, food service, education, government, retail, technology, as well as with communities. She works with both established companies and start-ups.

Her work ranges from helping organizations create sound strategy through good assessment and planning to coaching both established and emerging leaders, along with providing skill development in leadership areas. Liz has helped hundreds of companies and organizations create and implement strategic plans. She understands process, the human side of companies and the need to have actionable plans. She has coached hundreds of leaders to become stronger leaders and managers. She brings her sense of humor and sound facilitation and coaching skills to every engagement. Her formal training is in social work and she received her BA in Sociology from Miami University in Oxford, OH and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She is a mentor trainer in the facilitation tools from the Institute of Cultural Affairs and is a certified NLP coach.

Liz has served on the Advisory Board of First Tennessee Bank, the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board, United Way of Nashville, Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, All about Women, and Book EM! She was appointed Chair of the Nashville Homelessness Commission in 2015 and served until 2019. Liz is an advisor with FLO {thinkery} and NuSachi and was a member of the 2005 class of Leadership Nashville. She was a member of the 2014 class of Leadership Music and is the program facilitator. Liz is a founder of Nashville Emerging Leaders.
